PURPOSE: A golf club is provided to adjust the moment thereof, increase a specific distance without reducing the accuracy of swing, and to solve the problem regard to an unstable swing pose. CONSTITUTION: The golf club(1) consists of a head(2) for hitting a golf ball, a grip(4) served as a handle, and a shaft(3) connecting the head with the grip. A conduit(60) is extended from the head to the grip in the interior of the golf club. A fluid(50) flows in the conduit. By using the fluid such as mercury or water, the shock caused by the flow of the fluid is alleviated, so that a stable swing pose is attained. Also, when the head is on the top in swing pose, the loading of the golf club is concentrated in the head due to the flow of the fluid, the impact force between the head and a golf ball is increased. Consequently, a specific distance is increased. An air pipe(70) connecting both ends of the conduit is formed in the golf club. A valve(80) is installed in the air pipe for adjusting the amount of air existing in the interior of the air pipe. Therefore, the moment of the golf club is adjusted.
