<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information prepared by converting design information generated by a three-dimensional CAD system, and to properly manage access authority to the shared information. <P>SOLUTION: A general reading management server 23 makes a data storing part 233 store data received from an inside reading management server so that the data can be presented on groupware. An authority managing part 232a of a processing control part 232 preliminarily sets the authentication symbol of each user to apply access authority.
