<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance management system for reducing a load of operation management, improving a security function and preventing occurrence of malfunction or the like due to a human operation mistake. <P>SOLUTION: In the entrance management system for managing entrance by an entrance card 17, an entrance management server 12 is connected to an employee master database server 11 through a network 16, acquires up-to- date employee information by tuning with the data of the server 11, detects changed contents between the acquired employee information and the entrance management information managed by itself, updates the corresponding entrance management information on the basis of the detected changed contents, and updates entrance management information stored in a corresponding entrance controller 13 on the basis of the updated entrance management information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
