<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic advertisement transaction system and its method. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises one server device and at least one client device. A first program and a second program are preliminarily installed to the client device and the server device. When the first program transmits a request message to the second program, the second program returns the latest advertisement schedule. When the first program receives the latest advertisement schedule provided with two or more time slot areas to be selected, the time slot area is selected, and the selected time slot area and advertisement contents are transmitted to the second program by the first program. A comparison is made between the selected time slot and a database by the second program.
