<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting supporting system for satisfying a user more than a conventional system, and for satisfying a selling store more than the conventional system. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting supporting server 107 is provided with a fitting supporting data base 109 which is stored with merchandise information. The merchandise information includes information expressing the correlation between a merchandise picture and the size of the merchandise (for example, clothes) and the size or physique of the body which the merchandise of the size fits. A user accesses the fitting supporting server 107 by using a user system 102, and designates his or her desired merchandise and the size of the merchandise from a plurality of pieces of merchandise. In addition, the user inputs the size or physique of his or her own body. Then, the merchandise information of the selected merchandise is downloaded from the fitting supporting server 107 to the user system 102, and the judgement result of whether his or her desired merchandise fits the body of the user is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
