PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device capable of emitting white light and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: At least a hole carrier layer, a luminous layer, and an electron carrier layer are provided between a mutually facing anode and cathode. And a first dopant (DCM2) is doped in the luminous layer (DPVBi), and a second dopant (C6) is doped in the electron carrier layer 10. And when the cathode and anode are impressed with a voltage, the luminous layer, the first dopant, and the second dopant respectively emit a third light (B), a first light (R), and a second light (G) mutually corresponding to them, and by the combination of the three primary colors of red, green, and blue, a continuous full-wave white light having the three wavelength property is obtained directly and simply.
