PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively monitor an operation status of a PC terminal connected to a network, to detect an abnormality to give an impact on the operation status and infection by a computer virus in their early stages, and to operate a whole network to which a plurality of terminals are connected in safety and stability. SOLUTION: A monitor server 10 to monitor a plurality of PC terminals 12 and a server 13 is connected to the network to which the plurality of the PC terminals 12 and the server 13 are connected. The monitor server polls the plurality of terminals and the servers and reads data, and detects the abnormality on the plurality of the PC terminals 12 and the server 13 based on this data.
