PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which is capable of effectively dissipating heat. SOLUTION: This heat sink is equipped with a cover provided with a plurality of fins on its surface. The fins are regularly arranged at a regular interval and each hexagonal in cross section.
