PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a case regardless of the presence/absence of a cover for a push-button and to solve the problem on the intrusion of dust or the like or the design of appearance. SOLUTION: The portable wireless transmitter is provided with a lower case 2, an upper case 3 fixed over the lower case, an opening formed on the upper case, a groove 3c for seal formed along the outer periphery of the opening on the rear side of the upper case, a pair of lock grooves 3d formed on the lower parts of confronted surfaces of the opening, a push-button 4' arranged on the opening part and having a pressing part 4a and a projection 4d for seal formed along the outer periphery of the pressing part to be fitted with the groove for seal, and lock pawls 6e of the cover 6 can be locked into the lock grooves 3d.
