PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a low noise figure cannot be realized in a broad RF input frequency band, if a bias resistor having a fixed resistance value is used. SOLUTION: The resistance value R6 of a variable bias resistor 6 is controlled according to a control signal from a frequency control circuit 8 for controlling the frequency of a signal source 3. Thus, it is possible to reduce the low frequency noise on an RF input terminal of a mixer 1 at a target RF input frequency and hence realize a low noise figure in a broad RF input frequency band.
