PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverting buffer circuit which controls an output operation point independently of a parameter of a transistor, even if the parameter varies according to a usage environment and a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: An inverting buffer circuit 11 is provided with a P-type MOS transistor Q11 for amplifying a negative output signal from a differential amplifier 1 to be outputted, a current source 12 for supplying a constant current to the MOS transistor Q11, and a differential amplifying circuit 13 having a current source 14 making N-type MOS transistors Q12 and Q13 a differential pair and drawing a current flowing through the differential pair of the MOS transistors Q12 and Q13. A capacitor C1 is connected between a gate and a ground of the MOS transistor Q13, and a resistor R1 is connected between a drain and the gate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
