PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which can make stable recording and reproduction of data in accordance with an inclination angle in use of an optical disk device. SOLUTION: The optical disk is characterized in that it is provided with a lens position detecting means 12 which detects a relative position between an objective lens 5 and a carriage 7, a controller 13 which makes an adjustment so that a lens position detecting signal from the lens position detecting means 12 may coincide with a reference signal, and a lens position changeable means 14 which changes the position of the lens by a lens position changeable signal from the controller 13.
