PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disc which makes it possible to recover preformatted information without fail, even if tracking offset or tracking fluctuations occur. SOLUTION: The preformatted information is distributively generated as plural deflection patterns on each of deflection tracks positioned adjacent to a record track on the optical disc on both sides. Here, each of the deflection patterns for each of the deflection tracks is positioned so as not to radially face via the record track.
