PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an imparted load to a management device and a network when collecting device information. SOLUTION: The network is divided into a plurality of sub networks and each sub network is provided with at least one unit of representative device 3 to collect the device information of at least 1 unit of device 2 and a sub network representative device 4 collecting the device information collected by the representative device 3. The device information is collected from the sub network representative device 4 by a management device 5. The representative device 3 of each device 2 and the representative device 4 of the sub network are determined autonomously by adjustment between the other devices 2, 3 and 4 in the same sub network when the power is connected.
