PURPOSE: A vane kite is provided to keep the equilibrium of a rotary wheel stable in the air by rotary inertia even in tough gale by having a rotary wing, which rotates by wind power and generates flying power, and a rotary wheel and a rotary axis, which accommodate this flying power to have rotary inertia. CONSTITUTION: The vane kite, filled with air or helium, to which balloons are connected partly to a rotary wing(1) or a rotary wheel(2), includes a rotary wing(1) rotating by wind power and generating flying power; a rotary wheel(2) for keeping rotary inertia stable after getting rotary power from the rotary wing(1); and a rotary axis(3) for being supported by a string.
