PURPOSE: A decorative illumination is provided to prevent lead lines from being exposed outside by making the decorative illumination operate by use of a battery voltage. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part becomes a battery for applying a DC power. A constant voltage part maintains a power supply voltage from the power supply part. A light emitting part includes a plurality of LEDs of a high brightness and resistors connected to the LEDs, which consume a current of 10 to 20 percentages as compared with conventional LEDs. A microcomputer(7) transfers a power supply voltage from the constant voltage part to each LED of the light emitting part. The microcomputer controls the LEDs so that LEDs of 70 percentages are turned on and off.
