PURPOSE: A monitoring system of driving vehicle stop line is provided to protect a pedestrian on a crosswalk by monitoring a vehicle at the crosswalk. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring a violating vehicle of a stop line traffic regulation includes the first and the second detection lines(111,113), an unmanned camera(107), a camera driving device(211), and a traveling state monitoring device(205,207,209). The first and the second detection lines are formed at both sides of the stop line. The unmanned camera is installed at nearly to a signal lamp(105). The camera driving device is used for driving the unmanned camera according to an input state of an operating enable signal. The traveling state monitoring device is used for detecting a traveling speed of the vehicle passing the first and the second detection lines on the basis of the signal lamp control information of a signal lamp control system(201) and deciding an outputting state of the operating enable signal according to the detected result.
