PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct dispersive transmission of a front surface collision load from a sub frame rear end side to a floor framework member. SOLUTION: A first side frame 12R on which a collision load F is inputted is bent and deformed by a deformation accelerating means 20 provided on the side frame 12, and a rear mount portion 16 is relatively moved to an outer side in a vehicular width direction in regard to a bending point P. A first path A for transmitting the collision load F to the outer side in the vehicular width direction is formed, and a second path B for transmitting the remaining load to a second sub frame 12L through a rear frame 14 is formed, thereby dispersing the collision load F as a load spreading in a vehicular width direction.
