PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter of a tyre state monitoring device capable of preventing a circuit element from being damaged. SOLUTION: An electronic board 21 is formed with arms 24, 25. A practical loading part 23 having a circuit element 22 is fixed to a casing 13 through the arms 24, 25. The arms 24, 25 have a certain durability against various kinds of stresses (a centrifugal force, a tension force and a compression force) applied to the entire board. A deformation of the casing 13 caused by the centrifugal force generated under a running of a vehicle is accommodated by the deformation of the arms 24, 25 and the practical loading part 23 is not deformed.
