PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can transfer recording sheets in a curve without damaging the sheets. SOLUTION: There are provided an inside roller 42a which comes in contact with a rear face of a roll paper RP to wind and transfer the roll paper RP, outside rollers 42b, 42c and 42d formed of resin for guiding the roll paper RP wound around the inside roller 42a not to swell outside during a reciprocative travel, and a direction conversion unit 42 including a guide plate 42e formed of resin.
