<p>A liposome composition containing an entrapped TNF compound and a method of using the same for effective upregulation of immunological factors are described. Also disclosed is a method of combination therapy where a conventional anti-tumor and the liposome entrapped TNF compound are administered to achieve an enhanced anti-tumor effect.</p> |
