Ball cage (11) for a ball constant velocity revolute joint comprises an annular body having a longitudinal axis and a central plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis whose common point forms a cage mid-point. The annular body is defined by annular edges running parallel to the central plane and bordering two end openings and has a convex outer annular surface (12) and a concave inner annular surface. Elongated windows (15) provided in the annular body are distributed in a peripheral direction over the periphery and are symmetrical to the central plane. The windows are separated from each other by separating webs (16) laterally defined by peripheral webs (17, 18). The annular body has in the inner annular surface mounting enlargements (19) that run in the direction of the longitudinal axis and start from at least one annular edge. Independent claims are also included for ball constant velocity revolute joints.
