An intra-oral cooling system for post-operative treatment in the mouth, jaw, tongue and throat, following insect bites, general injuries, following acute or chronic inflammation. The system esp. consists of three parts (a, b, c), which are linked together as required (m, n). The parts (a, b, c) are applied to the upper (j) and lower jaw bone (j) mucal membranes, cheek (h), inner face of the upper lip (h), part of the mouth floor (1), tongue (k) and inner side of the lower lip (h). The system is a foil-covered cushion filled with a coolant.
