<p>The invention provides the use of anastrozole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for the reduction of the rate of recurrence of cancer in a woman having early breast cancer. The invention further provides the use of anastrozole, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for the reduction of the rate of a new contralateral primary tumour in a post-menopausal woman having early breast cancer.</p> |
