The procedure for the creating of a structure sealing entails applying a watertight and water vapor permeable protective sheet (4) between two fresh layers (3,5) of thick coating (6) and/or outside on the thick coating. The protective sheet is a plastic film and may be impenetrable by sunlight. The protective sheet may be micro-perforated with the micro-perforations created in such a way that the sheet is air penetrable but sufficiently watertight. Independent claims are included for a structure seal especially for basement wall regions, and for a protective sheet of watertight and water vapor permeable plastic film.
