A planetary gear is coaxially located between an input shaft and the driven wheel. The gear has a planetary support which slides between two positions together with the hollow wheel, and is fixed to the driven wheel. In one end-position the input shaft is fixed to the planetary support. In the other axial end-position the hollow wheel, which rotates freely in the first axial end-position, is fixed to a stationary part.
