PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature detector for detecting the temperatures of all of unit batteries from the measured data related to some selected unit batteries. SOLUTION: The battery temperature detector is equipped with a thermistor (2) 1 provided to at least one unit battery among unit batteries 21, 22 and 23 constituting a battery module (battery set) 200, a data acquiring means 2 for acquiring the data related to the battery set for estimating the battery temperatures of the other unit batteries 22 and 23 and a battery data temperature estimation means (CPU) 8 for respectively estimating the battery temperatures of the other unit batteries 22 and 23 of which the temperatures are not actually measured from the battery temperature measured by the thermistor (2) 1 and the data related to the battery set acquired by the data acquiring means 2.
