PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving chargeable sewage rate of sewage work which a service company can suggest to sewage operating organizations. SOLUTION: A service company 2 collects sewage flow information 12 and facility information 13 from a sewage operating organization 1 through an information collecting means 20, and present an improvement and betterment measure by use of a computing means 21 for computing chargeable sewage rate. The system also includes a drainage area defining means 22 for defining a target area, a chargeable sewage rate computing means 23 for calculating chargeable rate of the area, an unaccounted water computing means 24 for calculating the amount of unaccounted water, if any, and an unaccounted water identification means 25 for estimating the factor and the location of possible unaccounted water. The unaccounted water identification means identify a natural factor and a human factor. The service company provides sewage operating organization 1 with the chargeable rate improvement method on the basis of the result from the analysis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
