PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for automotive interior and exterior finishing members, constructional members or household appliance members which excels in resistance to multi-layer extrusion (injection) moldability, resistance to bleeding, resistance to heat distortion (compression set), oil resistance, and mar resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by subjecting a composition comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. olefin based copolymer rubber, (b) 15-150 pts.wt. peroxide-decomposable olefin based resin, (c) 0.01-3 pts.wt. organic peroxide, and (d) 0.01-10 pts.wt. ester based crosslinking auxiliary to melt kneading treatment.
