PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-surface-buoyant agrochemical preparation which homogeneously diffuses in paddy field water when scattered on a paddy field and exhibits an excellent herbicidal effect. SOLUTION: This agrochemical formulation contains a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein each X is independently a halogen atom; and (n) is an integer of 1-5) having an average particle size of 0.1μm-5μm, a surfactant, and a solid carrier.
