PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-acylamino-3,5-dicyanopyridine derivative or its salt having excellent high conductance calcium-sensitive K channel opening actions and a therapeutic agent for pollakiuria or incontinence of urine based on the actions. SOLUTION: This 2-acylamino-3,5-dicyanopyridine derivative is represented by general formula (I) [wherein, symbols denote each the following meanings; R1is an aryl or an aromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted; R2is a lower alkyl or a lower alkenyl which may be substituted; and R3is a lower alkylene-O-lower alkenyl or a 3 to a 7-membered nonaromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted].
