PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of connecting sleepers capable of efficiently carrying out construction work while passing a train. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the connecting sleepers replaced for two or more new sleepers 10 and 13 for connecting the adjoining two or more existing sleepers M to each other, connecting members 12 and 15 are respectively fixed to the new sleepers 10 and 13 in advance, and after one of the existing sleepers M has been removed from a rail R, a process constructing the new sleepers 10 (13) under the rail is repeatedly performed to the existing sleepers to be replaced, and after that, the connecting members 12 and 15 of the new sleepers 10 and 13 to be constructed are connectedly fixed to each other.
