The invention concerns an equalizing device comprising a dispersive array (9) receiving the multichannel beam to be equalized (8), followed by a saturable amplifying device (6) and a channel recombining device (8). The device is designed such that the lowest amplitude channel is modified by the amplifying device in saturation limit. The other channels, with higher amplitude, saturate the amplifier. Consequently, all the channels are amplified at the same value. |
