AIRBAG DOOR TEARING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag door tearing structure in which the tearing of an airbag door is smoothly advanced, any stress concentration to the airbag is prevented, and the targeted inflating direction and inflation shape of the airbag can be obtained.

SOLUTION: Two second desired tearing lines 32c and 32c in a desired tearing line 32 provided on at least a base member 12 form each branched part in the vicinity thereof from both ends 32d of a first desired tearing line 32a of a smooth curve. Two second desired tearing lines 34c and 34c at a desired tearing line 34 provided on a surface material 14 are respectively branched straight from both ends 34d of the first desired tearing line 34a.
