<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the disorder of a detected value for an engine cooling water temperature sensor and occurrence of the disorder of idling control based on an engine temperature in a vehicle having a hot water storage tank where a hot water extracted from an engine and stored in the hot water storage tank is filled into the engine at cold starting of the engine for warming the engine, when the idling operation of the engine is performed during filling or extracting the hot water. <P>SOLUTION: When the idling operation of the engine is performed during filling or extracting the hot water, the idling operation of the internal combustion engine is switched into fuel control to be affected by the engine temperature, where a motor or a generator is used to control an idling speed to be within a preset range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
