PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet with a function to activate and relax the brain of the wearing person to prevent the traffic accident without using an attached activation member to be placed in a special space of the helmet. SOLUTION: The helmet 1 provided with an activation function and without a special space is produced by immersing in water having no cluster, pressing the soaked material at least one constitution member of the helmet 1 such as an inner material 5 and constructing the helmet with the activated inner material 5.
