PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having transparency, slip properties and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The film is prepared continuously. The film contains 0.0001-10 wt.% of particles having an average particle size of 0.001-5μm. The value calculated by '(N-nMD)<SP>2</SP>+(N-nTD)<SP>2</SP>' is 0.08 or less, wherein N denotes the refractive index of the particles contained; nMD denotes the refractive index of the film in the continuous film forming direction; and nTD denotes the refractive index of the film in the direction perpendicular to the continuous film forming direction.
