PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a life of a crawler belt bush by preventing breaking away of a joining portion with a pipe element in an annular elastic element adhered to the pipe element. SOLUTION: An annular elastic element 9 adhered to an outer surface of a pipe element 8 and having thickness in a diametrical direction of the pipe element 8 is provided with a tilting surface 17 inwardly tilting in a diameter direction on both sides and expanding in the longitudinal direction of the pipe element 8.
