SOLUTION: The climbing work unit 20 has a unit frame body 21, the unit frame body 21 includes a plurality of vertical struts 22 extended in the vertical direction and a plurality of horizontal bar members 23, and they are arranged to the outside of a building 10. Clamping devices 27 clamped to a skeleton section 11 of the building 10 in a detachable manner are provided to the vertical struts 22, and scaffolding board supporting beams 41 are horizontally projected toward the building 10.
