The invention relates to a controllable differential. The inventive differential comprises a single body which contains first, second and third satellite assemblies. The first of said assemblies is connected to the power input shaft. The second and third assemblies thereof are interconnected by means of a countershaft with bevel gears and are connected to the power output shafts by means of each gear wheel. In this way, one of said second or third satellite assemblies is associated with a disk or gear which can be braked in order for the power split between both output shafts to be adjusted.
