RESIN FOR NON-FOAMED LAYER, MULTILAYERED FOAMED SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin for a non-foamed layer improving orange peel-like appearance defectiveness due to venting marks even under various cooling conditions or at various processing temperatures and especially suitable for manufacturing a thin highly expanded multilayered foamed sheet having good appearance, a method for manufacturing the multilayered foamed sheet of which the orange peel-like appearance defectiveness due to venting marks is improved even under various cooling conditions or at various processing temperatures and the multilayered foamed sheet excellent in manufacturing properties and improved in orange peel-like appearance defectiveness due to venting marks. SOLUTION: The resin for the non-foamed layer is arranged to the surface layer of the multilayered foamed sheet obtained by a multilayer coextrusion method and comprises a propylene resin containing a nucleating agent. The multilayered foamed sheet is manufactured by foam molding due to the multilayer coextrusion method using the resin for the non-foamed layer in the formation of both surface layers. The multilayered foamed sheet obtained by the manufacturing method and the multilayered foamed sheet of which both surface layers comprise the resin for the non-foamed layer are also disclosed.
