PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced circulation type bath boiler device possible to adjust temperature of the hot water to be discharged from a circulation discharge port of a bath tub after heating in response to the bath water temperature inside of the bath tub. SOLUTION: In this forced circulation type bath boiler device 13, a user previously determines the set temperature of the bath water 12 to be set, and a bath return temperature sensor 23 provided in a bath return channel 21 measures the bath water 12 of the bath tub 11 sucked by a circulation pump 22, and a heating means 14 heats the bath water, and a bath approach temperature sensor 26 provided in a bath approach channel 25 confirms the heated bath water 12, and the bath water 12 is discharged into the bath tub 11. The heating means 14 has a target temperature adjusting means 34 for adjusting the target temperature higher than the set temperature on the basis of a temperature difference between the bath water temperature measured by the bath return temperature sensor 23 and the set temperature, and has a heating control means 35 for controlling the operation of the heating means 14 on the basis of the target temperature.
