PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater using radiation heat, capable of simply removing a harmful organic solvent component from paint used in the heater and preventing the generation of the component. SOLUTION: This heater is provided with a removing means 18 for an organic solvent component contained in a radiation coating applied to a radiator 12 or a protective guard 15 or treatment for planted bristles, whereby the removing means 18 for the organic solvent component is operated to remove an organic solvent component contained in the radiation coating applied to a radiator 12 or a protective guard 15 or treatment for planted bristles, so it is not necessary to remove a part as a single body by a special facility and in the state of incorporating the part in the body in production, the component can be completely removed so that there is no fear of giving discomfort such as a malodor to a user or hurting the health.
