PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device with superior, epoch-making mass productivity, which is capable of generating an opening urge in a maximum opening position in which the hinge device is connected with an over-rotation blocking portion, and very easily performing assembling works of the hinge device, even though the over-rotation blocking portion is arranged in advance or the over-rotation blocking portion is integrally formed on a first member and second member in advance. SOLUTION: In the hinge device which is set in the maximum opening position, installing holes 3 and 4 arranged on the first member A and installing holes 4 and 3 arranged on the second member B are set up so that other side of the installing holes are located in a position relatively rotatable to one side of the installing holes. When installing portions 1 and 2 are connected with the installing holes 3 and 4 in a rotation-blocking state respectively, the hinge device is set up to generate an opening urge. Further, an inlet portion 6 of at least one side of the installing holes 3 and 4 is formed in a shape guidedly connecting with a connecting hole portion in a deeper side while automatically rotating one side of the installing portions 1 and 2 to other side of the installing portions 2 and 1 that are rotatably connected by insertedly connecting one side of the installing portions 1 and 2.
