PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete footing block capable of being easily connected and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A vertical section consisting of a rising section 1 and a footing section 2 integrally formed in the lower end thereof comprises an approximately inverted T-shaped footing block body and a vertical groove section 3 formed in the rising section over the overall length, the depth H of the vertical groove section opened in the end face 1b of a joint section of the footing block body is extended to the inside of the footing section 2 from the upper end face 1a of the rising section.
