PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil column capable of effectively using a mixture exhausted on the ground in case of a soil column formation, at the same time, eliminating the use of a bentonite so that the volume of industrial wastes and a disposal cost of the industrial wastes can be reduced and, at the same time, effectively using wastepaper. SOLUTION: The soil column is formed of a mixture of a cement, earth and sand exhausted on the ground in case of the soil column formation, a dried powder of a hardener and a crushed paper, it is favorably waste-paper, and it is more favorable that the crushed wastepaper eliminates its printing ink.
