PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain hydrazinylpyrazole and nitrogen oxide pyrazole and a medicine composition containing the compound. SOLUTION: The hydrazinyl- and nitrogen oxide pyrazoles are represented by formula [e.g. 5-isobutoxyamino-1-(5-methanesulfonyl-pyridin-2-yl)-3- trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile]. The compound is useful in the treatment or alleviation of inflammation and other inflammation associated disorders such as arthritis, colon cancer and Alzheimer's disease in mammals, preferably humans, dogs, cats and livestock animals.
