PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hydrogel sheet providing an excellent usability, adhesion, or the like. SOLUTION: This hydrogel sheet is manufactured by impregnating a synthetic polymer having a network structure with a solution containing at least water, a surfactant, an oil component and a solution-exudation promoter. The hydrogel sheet is 1 mm thick and allows 1.5-20 mg/cm<SP>2</SP>solution to exude at its surface under conditions at 72 hr after the formation of the hydrogel. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
