PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for patterning carbon nanotube able to pattern it with an optional size which is from submicron to a few mm for a large area or a curved face, furthermore being unnecessary for troublesome etching or a negative plate, superior in wear resistance with noncontacting type and being advantageous for industrial mass production.
