PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse bag free to easily carry even when domestic refuse is packed full of the bag. SOLUTION: The refuse bag 10 is constituted of a resin bag 20 and a net bag covering the resin bag. The resin bag is made by using a synthetic resin material, and made into a form of integrating overlapped two pieces of square sheets with their three sides each other, and refuse is packed into an opening of a remaining side. The net bag is constituted by knitting twined strings of paper as a main material. A portion corresponding to an opening of the resin bag of the net bag is opened, handle parts 31, 35, 36 are formed on an open end to carry the resin bag packed with the refuse.
